Since the acquisition of PBSA in 2014, Éric has greatly benefited the company through his administration skills and experience, both in finance and management, which includes more than 10 years as Director of Finance in companies related to second processing of wood. Recognized for his integrity and sense of duty, he has already established solid credibility from our customers and all our business partners. Growing up on a farm instilled in him the pride of a job well done and a sense of responsibility that is down to earth. Our motto – Your Reliable Partner – is much more than just a slogan, it is a philosophy that Éric has passed on to the company!
Normand is Éric’s work colleague and long-time friend. He accepted his offer to join Éric during the acquisition of PBSA in 2014, notably to provide the company with his professional skills and extensive experience in mechanics, which make him an essential strategic shareholder. Although he works behind the scenes, his contribution has had a major impact at the plant level, and is one of the key elements of our commitment to our customers: reliability. Being committed to our customers’ success requires that our equipment operate efficiently, which is where Normand’s expertise really excels.
Mark manages and coordinates the entire orders and customer service process. With 25 years of experience in the industry, he has held many positions in the company since 1992, including Sales Representative, Internal Sales Representative and Sales Manager. Due to his recognized expertise and a strong sense of empathy, Mark has built a great reputation in the sector and is highly appreciated by our customers because they know they will always receive service that is knowledgeable and professional.
Manuelle-Annick has been responsible for Accounting and Administration since February 2017. Previously she was the owner of 3 companies, where she perfected her passion for accounting. Her thoroughness and excellent organizational skills are an immense contribution to the team and are qualities that encourage us to raise the bar even higher.
Mario has been in charge of the plant since the spring of 2015. With 20 years of experience in the industry, including almost 10 year as a Manager, he directs the plant with a calm and determined presence. His loyalty, open-mindedness and people oriented approach inspire the entire team. Firmly loyal, he is team player that everyone can count on, from the supplier to the end customer.
